What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a Visual, Non-invasive examination of the systems, components and structure of a home. From the roof to the crawlspace, the Plumbing, the Electrical and the Structure itself .We will visually inspect all the systems per our SOP and provide you with a full report on all items inspected and their condition.
Do I have to be at the inspection?
No.. Although we recommend you being at the inspection maybe atleast come towards the tail end of the inspection so we can do a walk through and point out items of interest to you and go over concerns you may have, if your unable to make the inspection we will call you after the inspection and discuss the report and go over all the items at this time.
How much does an home inspection cost?
It Varies. There are several factors most home inspection company’s take into account when quoting an home inspection price ie: Square foot of the home, age of home, type of foundation( basement, crawlspace, slab), number of heat pumps, number of outbuildings, etc.
But don’t let cost be a factor!
Honestly 90% of the home Inspections run around $325 to $425. Some a little higher, some a little lower but more importantly its about the service and value for your money.
Here at Precision Home Inspections Plus we strive to Exceed your expectations and to provide you and your family with the best service we can. We take the extra time needed to do our Thermal Imaging scans and the Home Energy Inspection free of charge because of the value added to the inspection.

Typically around 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Again the time involved will vary depending on several factors with the home. Older or larger homes take more time and here at Precision Home Inspections Plus our schedule is set up to ensure we can take as much time as necessary to provide you with our very best home inspection.
Can a home Fail a home inspection?
