COVID-19 ( Corona Virus 19 ) Safety Information
At Precision Home Inspections Plus we recognize the serious situation of the COVID-19 virus, we also realize the importance of being able to obtain a professional home inspection during a real estate transaction. We will be implementing the following plan per the InterNachi COVID -19 SAFETY GUIDELINES immediately.
- We ask that clients, agents and others involved in transaction who are exhibiting symptoms of the virus stay home and inform us immediately.
- To avoid over crowding and social distancing purposes at the home we request as few as people as possible be at the home during the inspection. We ask , if possible , for safety of the elderly and children involved we request they not be at the home while we are conducting the inspection. We also ask that you honor the 6 foot social distancing rule during the inspection.
- Time will be made available as always at the end of the inspection to go over any major issues and other finding with the clients and as always we are available if you have any questions or concerns
- The report will be emailed within 24 to 48 hours after the conclusion of the home inspection
We take this very seriously and nothing is more important than our health and our clients health during this nation wide outbreak and will be taking every precaution we can during the inspection to help prevent this virus from spreading. We will wear gloves when required, wash our hands often and disinfect door handles and switches that we touch to help protect the seller, our clients and others involved in the transaction.
