Doing the laundry is an everyday task most people do without thinking about safety. At Precision Home Inspections Plus we want you to be able to enjoy your new home for years to come and being safe while doing the laundry is one way to ensure this. • Always clean the lint filter before or after each load of laundry • Never use a dryer without a lint filter in place • Ridged or flexible metal venting materials should only be used • Make sure the air exhaust vent is not restricted and the outside flap will open • Always follow the manufacturer instructions and do not overload the dryer • Be sure to turn the dryer off if you leave the home or when you go to bed
